Due to the nature of our business, Keren Kezia Beauty does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. We take full responsibility for any damaged items or goods on our end and we will give our customers full refunds. If we find that we are not negligent, then ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  We encourage all of our loyal customers to communicate with Keren Kezia Beauty via email in order for us to guarantee you with a perfect  shopping experience. Unfortunately at Keren Kezia Beauty, we are not responsible for stolen or lost items.  Once orders have left our Keren Kezia Beauty warehouse, the package is in the care of the postal handler. Customers are required to submit a claim directly with the courier and follow their company guidelines. USPS recommends waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost.  After 14 days, please call the customer service team of the courier.
